A Few Practical Questions

Can you develop a custom glass form?

Yes. Share a drawing, reference image or existing sample, together with the intended use. We will review the design, production feasibility, tooling and sample requirements before providing a quotation.

How are MOQ and lead time confirmed?

MOQ and lead time depend on the product form, colour, finish, accessories, packaging and order quantity. They are confirmed after we review the complete product requirements and production schedule.

Can I request a sample before production?

Yes. Sample cost, development time and approval criteria are confirmed before sampling begins. Mass production proceeds only after the agreed sample and specifications have been approved.

What customisation options are available?

Depending on the product, options may include colour, surface finish, logo decoration, size, accessories and packaging. Custom mould development can also be reviewed for selected projects.

Do you supply lighting components or complete lights?

Our core supply is lighting glass. Fittings, electrical assembly, testing and complete-light supply can be evaluated separately according to the project requirements and target market.

Can you provide custom packaging?

Yes. We can review protective packaging, gift boxes and branded packaging according to the product, order quantity and shipping requirements.

What should I include in an enquiry?

Please include the product or reference, intended use, dimensions or capacity, estimated quantity, target market, customisation requirements and desired timeline. Drawings, photographs or physical samples are helpful when available.
