Share drawings or a reference with the intended use. Feasibility, tooling and sample requirements are reviewed for each project.
How are MOQ and lead time confirmed?
Both depend on the form, finish, accessories and order size. We confirm them in the project quotation rather than publish a universal promise.
Can I request a sample before production?
Use the enquiry form to discuss samples. Cost, timing and the approval standard are agreed before sample development.
Do you supply lighting components or complete lights?
Please specify the supply scope. Glass components, fittings, electrical assembly and installation are reviewed separately.
